Welcome to the Masseria Nova
The Masseria Nova, already mentioned in the land registry of 1745, gave its name to the whole district as it was originally made up of numerous properties and land, becoming an important reference for the agricultural life of the area. On the side a map of XIX century testifies to its existence. In the last century it was subdivided into several parcels of land. What remains today is the Masseria with more than two hectares of land: a large flower garden fenced by a stone wall and an olive grove.

THE COMPLEX
In this eighteenth century farmhouse three holiday rental options are available: the Masseria, the Ovili and the Casetta. All three dwellings are tastefully restructured to the smallest details. The property extends over more than 2 hectares of land, surrounded by stone walls, in which the three independent , refurbished accommodations are located. Please note the Masseria proximity to the Ionian Sea. In fact, the Masseria is located only 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Campomarino. For your enjoyment and relaxation you will find lawn chairs and hammocks in the garden. The barbecue under the spacious gazebo also provides a perfect setting for sharing happy hours, meals and togetherness.
